Customer Care Employee

Location: Ede              Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

What will you do? 

As Customer Care Employee, you will play a key role in our sales process. Together with your account manager, you are responsible for generating revenue and offering the best solutions to a fixed group of B2B clients. With your expertise in promotional products and printing techniques you ensure that every order is a success.

 

Your responsibilities:

-  Maintaining and expanding customer relationships via phone, email, and our CRM system

-  Processing and following up on quotations and orders to ensure smotth handling

-  Identifying commercial opportunities and proactively thinking along with the client

-  Collaborating with internal teams accross different countries, including sales, customer care, the print facility, and the purchasing office

-  Continously learning and developing through training on market trends and product innovations 

 

What do we offer?

-  Salary: €2.440 - €3.470 gross per month, depending on experience

-  Extra's: Bonus scheme, pension plan, 28 vacation days (with the option to buy additonal days), fresh fruit, and access to our in-house gym

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented team playe with commerical insight. You have: 

-  Education: MBO+ level ((preferably with a commerical background)

-  Software skills: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS office, or willingness to learn

-  Skills: Strong communication skills and accuracy in administrative and commerical processes

- Languages: Native or upper intermediate English
